Reservations may be cancelled online and by subsequently calling the respective branch.
25% of total charges - If requested within 12 hours before
reporting time.
50% of total charges - If requested within 6 hours prior to
reporting time.
No refund is given in case of ‘No Show Reservations’.
For Local Use
Airport / Railway station or point to point transfers are within City limits
Local use – 4 hrs / 40 kms & 8 hrs / 80 kms. Extra Kms & Hrs applicable
No extra hours are allowed beyond 4hrs/40kms and if it exceeds, next package rates will be charged as applicable.
Chauffeur charges of Rs 200 applicable between 23.00 hrs – 06.00 hrs
Parking & Toll will be charged at actuals
Driver charges are applicable when the car travels beyond the city or corporation limits.
All Rates are from Rental Station to Rental Station except airport / railway station transfers
GST will be charged on total Invoice @ 5%
For Inter - City Use
Packages are charged @ 250 kms for Metro Cities & 300 kms for network cities per calendar day.
Driver Charges of Rs 300 per calendar day & Night halt of Rs 300 will be charged
Extra hour charges will be applied up to 3 additional hours,
and beyond that, full day rates will be applicable.
Actual rates will be charged according to inter-state permit fee and taxes on daily basis.
In hill areas,rates will be charged according to run per kilometerwhereas driver charges will be 50 percent extra.

Terms and Conditions
Charges are payable on "Outlet to Outlet"
basis.
There are no hidden charges and we accept full payments
by credit cards,debit cards and net banking.
In case of an accident, theft or damage, necessary formalities have to be
complied by the renter such as lodging an FIR with the police.
GST is applicable on the total bill amount as per the Government
norms whereas any change in the rates will be charged accordingly.
